Los Cabos lies on the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula. There are three main areas here. They are Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, and The Corridor. What’s amazing about this place is that it has distinct features. It has a desert, mountains, and beaches. You have the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Sea of Cortez on the other. No wonder people flock here to enjoy the warm waters and pristine beaches.

Aside from that, each room and suite in this hotel comes with its own private plunge pool. If you are feeling peckish, you can have your breakfast in the pool. That’s right! A server will set your dish in a plastic tray to float while you swim around. We are talking about being in the lap of luxury here as each room has 800 square feet of space at least. Even the common areas of the hotel exude elegance. 

With regard to dining options, there are 10 restaurants and bars on the property. But if you are wondering which one is the best, it is El Farallon. After all, this restaurant lies on a cliff giving you amazing seaside views. Aside from that, the hotel also has a tennis court, a kids’ club, swimming pools, and a yoga room. Take note that the waters here are not swimmable. However, the powdery white sand beach is a good place to go on a romantic stroll. 

3. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort – $560

Meanwhile, if you are looking for an all-inclusive experience, check in at Pueblo Bonito. This is an adults-only golf and spa resort that lies outside of Cabo San Lucas. It has five restaurants, two pools, a spa, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. If you want to go solo on your stay here, I suggest that you book a room in The Towers. 

Think of it as a hotel within Pueblo Bonito where you will experience luxury at its finest. Their lavish rooms come with air conditioning plus access to their inclusive amenities. Also, you will have your personal butler service too. Live music plays in the hotel bars and restaurants to accompany your dining experience. 

Unfortunately, you can’t swim at the beach because of the strong currents. You can take a shuttle service that will take you to swimmable beaches. These beaches are Medano Beach which is on other Pueblo Bonito resorts like Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort. The beach is still nice enough to go for walks. You can also come to here admire the view. This is not the most luxurious resort out there, but it is still worth staying in for its price. 

4. Grand Solmar Land’s End Resort & Spa – $751

Another option to consider while you are in Cabo San Lucas is Grand Solmar. This fancy resort lies at Solmar Beach just beside Land’s End. I would say that this is the best luxury resort in Cabo San Lucas with its competitive price. What I love about this place is that it combines traditional and modern Mexican design. Think wrought iron decorations paired with mahogany furniture and marble floors. 

The 246 suites here range from studios to penthouse suites. The latter boasts five bathrooms and a private beachfront pool. Aside from that, all suites come with a full kitchen plus stainless steel kitchen equipment. This means that you will be able to cook from time to time which is great! 

Although the beach here is not swimmable, the resort has seven glittering pools for you to use. Some of these are infinity pools that come with a swim-up bar. If you are feeling famished, head to La Roca. This is a fine dining restaurant that provides you with amazing ocean views. You’ll find yourself getting their all-inclusive packages or European plans once you taste their dishes. Of course, since there are restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, you can also explore other options. 

5. Grand Velas Los Cabos – $1,687 

Grand Velas Los Cabos is one of the luxury resorts that you will find along The Corridor. Also, their restaurants here will make any foodie drool with anticipation. You will even find Mexican artwork throughout the hotel. It’s not surprising why many tourists consider this resort one of the most luxurious hotels in Los Cabos. 

In fact, there are 8 restaurants here that serve Mexican and French cuisine. I suggest that you try Cocina de Autor for its haute cuisine. Most of the dishes are already included in their inclusive package, with the exception of their gold-flecked tacos. They also offer top-shelf liquor and complimentary wines too. The beach here is not swimmable, but it isn’t much of a problem. After all, Grand Velas makes up for it with infinity pools on the property.
